Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

Upon confirmation of payment, your order will be processed for shipment within 2 - 3 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. Average North American shipping time is 3-6 business days. For international tracked shipments, expect a 7-15 Business day delivery time. We cannot be responsible for weather delays.

 

Shipping rates to the United States

  • $8 USD on purchases under $150 & Free shipping on purchases over $150 USD ( no customs, duty or import taxes )

  • Shipping Time to the United States: 3 - 6 business days

Shipping rates to Canada

  • Shipping is calculated upon checkout. ( Customs, duty or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser )

  • Shipping time to Canada: 3 - 8 business days

Shipping rates to the United Kingdom

  • $15 USD

  • Shipping time to UK is 11-21 business days

International Shipping rates

  • $15.00 USD 

  • Shipping time for International delivery: Estimated 11-21 business days

Handmade Baubles is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once confirmed by tracking. We also are not responsible for packages lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise. 

All customs duty and import taxes (if required for International customers) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

UK Buyers :

All purchases valued more than £15 which is imported to the UK from a non-EU country is subject to VAT at 20% of the item value, plus an additional £8 handling fee. You will likely be required to pay this upon receipt of your package. This hefty tax is imposed by your government.

Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.

We will only ship to an address which is the verified billing address for the credit card being used for payment. Exceptions can be made upon pre-arrangement. Please contact us before ordering.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer tracked shipping on all US orders via USPS and UPS. Orders being shipped to PO Boxes, APO's, FPO's ship via United States Postal Service. We also offer tracked shipping to Canada via Canada Post and Canpar. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships with tracking information and expected delivery date status.

 

RETURNS 

We know that choosing the perfect piece of jewelry can be difficult without the ability to touch and feel it. Please be mindful that many pieces in our store are unique and handcrafted, hence may vary slightly in appearance. If you are unhappy for any reason at all, you can return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving the shipment. 

All Items should be returned unworn, in original condition and with all respective tags & packaging/pouches enclosed.

Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs. 

Refunds will be initiated and issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued only on items that were returned within the 10-day return period. 

International returns - We accept international order returns within 10 days. All shipments should be sent using a trackable courier ex. UPS, FedEx, DHL. International customers are responsible for their own shipping costs.   

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept orders through our website's online shopping cart system. Payment methods accepted are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
